Biking around the Latemar using the lift facilities
This unique clockwise excursion biking around the Latemar, with stunning views, starts in Obereggen. The tour takes you inside the Latemar forest to the Tempelweg (footpath 9/8). From here it's an easy enough ascent to the Karersee Lake. It's an ideal warm up, which won't even make you break into a sweat, to the Karer Pass. From here the excursion heads back downhill to the Fassatal Valley towards Moena. At the end follow the bike path heading towards the valley until the Predazzo-Gardoné gondola lift valley station. The lift will take the bikers to 1,650 m altitude. From here take another chairlift to the Feudopass on 2,200 m. The return to the Reiterjoch and to Obereggen is a scenic marvel to behold. Kilometre: 33.5 km. Ticket for both lifts (summer 2015), cable car Predazzo-Gardoné + chair lift Gardoné-Passo Feudo: € 11,50 for adults, € 6,00 for children from 8-16 years. Children under 8 years are free. (bike transportation included). Alternative course for the Latemar circumnavigation from Nova Levante. With the Mountainbike Card it is possible to use the cable car Nova Levante, the cable car Predazzo-Gardoné and the chair lift Gardoné-Passo Feudo for one ascent per lift. So all lovers of the mountainbike sport can do the Latemar circumnavigation by bike with only one daily ticket! Price summer 2015: cable Car Nova Levante, cable car Predazzo, chair lift Gardoné: € 16,00 for adults, € 8,00 for children from 8 - 16 years. Children under 8 years are free. (bike transportation included).

Roundtrip around the Latemar
This is a classic tour of the Rose Garden and Latemar region – the ideal tour for those wishing to experience the Latemar up close by mountainbike.
We'll start in Obereggen (1,560 meters above sea-level). From there, we'll proceed to the Epircher Laner Alm, to the Ganischg Alm, and from there to the Feudo Pass (2,123 m). After a long and very beautiful but steep descent, we'll come to the Nordic Ski jumping stadium in Predazzo (1,046 m). From there, we'll continue via the bike path to Moena and then along the path of the Rampilonga to the Carezza Pass (1,791 m). After a well-earned lunch, we'll return to Obereggen via the Tempel Trail.

Tour around the Zanggen
A tour which will take us over two passes and present us with a breathtaking panorama. We'll start in Obereggen (1,560 meters above sea-level) and bike from there via Rauth/Novale on to Schwarzenbach and from there up to the Laab Alm. From there, we’ll continue biking along a beautiful forest path until we come to the Lavaze Pass (1,840 m). We will then continue along a forest path and then on a trail until we come to the road to Pampeago. From there, we’ll ascend to the Reiter/ Pampeago Pass (1,940 m). After a rest stop for refreshments, we’ll return directly to Obereggen (1,560 m).

To the High-Altitude Meadows of the Eggen/Ega Valley
A magnificent and not too long mountainbike tour with a long ascent but fantastic views of the Dolomites. Km 0: Start at the Obereggen Parking Lot (above the Hotel Maria). We will proceed right and upwards. Km 0.3 past the hotels, remaining on the asphalt road. Km 1.2 straight ahead on the asphalt road towards the Epircher Laner Alm. Km 2.2 arriving at the Epircher Laner Alm. Continuing on the asphalt road. Km 4.6 straight ahead on the asphalt road towards the Reiter/ Pampeago Pass. Km 4.8 Reiter/ Pampeago Pass, continuing on the asphalt road. Km 5.5 Zischg Alm and Ganischg Alm; here there is a posted refreshment stop. Km 7.1 turn left and continue along Trail No. 9. Km 8.5 continue to the left on the asphalt road. Km 8.8 continue past the Epircher Laner Alm. Km 8.9 turn left and continue along Trail No. 9. Km 10.7 continue past the Hotel Sonnalp and return to the parking lot. Km 19.2 arriving at our starting-point at the Obereggen Parking Lot.

Around Lake Carezza
A beautiful and not too difficult panoramic tour through the legendary world of King Laurin.
We start from Eggen/Ega and continue until we reach Welschnofen / Nova Levante. We ascend to the Schanghof and continue to the Latemar Sawmill. We then proceed to Lake Carezza and, via the Niger Pass, to the Hagner Alm. From there, we bike to the Schillerhof and, via the Wolfsgrube / Fossa del Lupo and the Innerfohrerhof, back to Welschnofen / Nova Levante and Eggen/Ega.

Bankl Roundtrip Tour
A very good afternoon tour which can be completed in two hours and which provides a very good impression of the area.
We'll start in Eggen/Ega. We begin on a single trail which takes us to Welschnofen / Nova Levante (1,100 meters above sea-level). From here, we ascend 400 meters until we come to the Bewaller (1,500 m). We then proceed along the Sam (1,500 m) till we return to Eggen/Ega.

An optimal round of training to practice the technique you've learned.
We'll ski from Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente to the Höggerhof via a single trail. After a short ascent, we'll continue to the Wölfelhof and then on to Unterkaplun and back to Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente.

Jochgrimm Tour
This is the half-day tour par excellence. That's because it's possible to complete it in three and a half hours – and you'll be rewarded with a fantastic view of the Latemar and the Rose Garden.
We'll start in Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente (1,300 meters above sea-level) and bike from there to the Laab Alm. We'll then continue via Auerleger and ascend to the Jochgrimm Pass (1,900 m). From there, we'll follow a trail which will take us to the Blätter Brook outlook point (1,760 m). From there, we'll cross magnificent Alpine meadows and then stop for a rest and refreshments at the Schönrast Alm. We'll then continue via a forest trail to the Sanctuary of Maria Weissenstein / Pietralba and then back to Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente.

Niger Pass Roundtrip Route
A tour that has everything – from the single trail, 18% uphill, and the Panorama Trail. We'll start in Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente (1,300 meters above sea-level) and continue from there via the Bühlhof until we come to Schwarzenbach. From there, we'll proceed through Rauth/Novale to Eggen/Ega. A single trail begins there, and leads us to Welschnofen / Nova Levante (1,100 m). From here on out, we'll ascend 600 meters to the Niger Pass (1,700 m). We'll then continue along the Panorama Trail. After a rest-stop at Lake Carezza, we'll continue to Obereggen (1,560 m) and via Rauth/Novale back to Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente.

Roundtrip around the Eggen/Ega Valley
An interesting and technically not terribly difficult tour with the option of stopping for coffee in Bozen/Bolzano as a highlight.
We'll start in Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente. From there, we'll bike down to Birchabruck / Ponte Nova along the Ega/Eggen Valley and then via Kardaun/Cardano to Bozen/Bolzano (where it's possible to take a tour of the city). With the aerial lift, we proceed to Kohlern/Colle and from there via the Schneiderwiesen, Totmoos, and Wölflhof back to Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente.

Schönrast Roundtrip
A beautiful but technically challenging bike tour.
We start from Petersberg / Monte S. Pietro and proceed to Weissenstein / Pietralba to N via Neuhütt via the Jochgrimm Pass. From there, we will continue via the Gurndin Alm down to Oberradein / Redagno di Sopra. A difficult trail begins there. We'll then take an extremely steep uphill path to the Stürzhof. From there, we'll continue to the Schönrast Alm. After a tour of a cheese factory, we'll return to Deutschnofen / Nova Ponente.
