The ski carousel in Obereggen is in constant motion from November 25, 2010 (19:00) till April 15, 2012. 18 modern aerial lifts (14 chair lifts, 2 aerial trams, and 2 ski lifts) whisk winter sports enthusiasts from an elevation of 1,550 meters above sea-level to an altitude of 2,500 meters. And in between, there are 48 km of perfectly groomed slopes. Specifically, 19% are blue (easy) slopes, 67% are red (medium-hard) slopes, and 14% are black (difficult) slopes. Modern snow systems in operation during the whole season (as needed) give you guaranteed snow. In short: The conditions are optimal.
